The 1M Step Story
I first started doing the 1M Step Challenge years ago with my son.
Over the years, we took steps in London, Paris, Copenhagen, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, the Algarve, Doha, Dubai, Bangkok, Mexico, Greece, Phuket, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, Morocco and many more places.
It was never really about the number of steps we took...
It was about movement.
About the memories.
About the connection.
About feeling more energised.
About getting unstuck.
About feeling alive again!
On 31 December 2019, I went for a run in Copenhagen, and that one run became the start of a life-changing year that transformed every area of my life.
And I am now doing it again!
This time in public.
More recently, after retinal detachment surgery, walking was one of the only things I could still do. I wasn’t allowed to move my head much. But I could walk. Head still. One step at a time.
